I couldn't believe the value we got for our money at this amazing villa. The room was spacious, super clean, and had a heavenly outdoor bathroom. The staff treated us like family throughout our entire stay.
The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our Christmas stay a bit more enjoyable. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests and ensure that we had a pleasant experience. the location of the hotel was ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided free cappuccinos for breakfast, adding a touch of luxury to our mornings.
There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't particularly enjoy. the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms could have been better.

The private pool in our villa was perfect for chilling and having epic pool parties with our friends. The staff was super cool and made sure we had an amazing time. We also checked out the Amphitheatre nearby for some sick concerts and performances. Such a rad experience!
The only thing that we wished for was a better late-night party scene at the hotel. It would have been so rad if they had a happening bar or club where we could keep the party going all night long.

The decoration at Serene Villas was absolutely lovely. The vibrant colors and traditional Balinese accents created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, even for us senior folks. The pathways were clear and the staff was always there to assist if needed. It truly felt like a home away from home.
I would have loved to see more activities or amenities catered specifically to seniors. Maybe some gentle yoga classes or a designated area for relaxation and socializing.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The staff were super lovely and having our own butler and personal chef for breakfast was a jaw-dropping touch. We stayed in the villa the whole time and the food from the in-room service was delicious, of fantastic quality. The outdoor bathroom was heavenly, especially the bath! Everything was so lush and tropical, with green everywhere you look! The outdoor lounge area was a great place to hang out, and they provided mosquito repellent and coils in the evening, so we didn't get bitten once during our stay. Highly recommend! The privacy of the villa and pool was a major plus, and we loved having breakfast prepared every morning by Wayan. The tours available were also great, with a courteous and knowledgeable driver, Agus, who took us around in an air-conditioned and wifi-equipped mini-van. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful pool and garden. The configuration of the rooms worked well for us, with two bedrooms in the main house and a separate studio room in another building. We couldn't find a single fault with this place! From the airport pick-up by Agus to the well-equipped property and friendly staff, everything was perfect. Mrs Ayu cooked us a wonderful dinner every morning with a big smile, and we had a truly amazing time here. We highly recommend it and hope to come back one day.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions.
The electricity frequently turned off, which was quite scary at night, especially with infants in the villa.
